Welcome to our new and improved website....

Angela King has been in the art business for 32 years on Royal Street in New Orleans. In those years she has represented over 150 artists, plus 100 more in juried group shows. She has hosted over 175 solo exhibitions, 25 juried group shows for students, emerging and professional artists, 50 fundraisers, and many private functions for community interests.

In September 2006 a year after the big flood, Angela opened a new beautiful space on the corner of Royal and Bienville streets. The first 3 years brought the grand opening exhibition with 18 artists in attendance and a sit down dinner for 50 in the beautiful 150 year old Italian marble floored gallery. Since then we have held 15 exhibitions, 2 auctions, 4 fundraisers and 2 artist in the studio interactive experiences.

We're beginning our fourth year at 241 Royal, our space is stunning, and it keeps getting better..

As you can see, we are constantly presenting new, interesting and stimulating art and events to the city and the visitors of New Orleans. Our goal is to bring the highest quality art and the most memorable interactive experiences to all of our visitors and collectors.

 In 2009 we opened our studio space on the second floor which created an additional 2000 sq ft of exhibition space in addition to an artist studio where we have artists scheduled to stay in and work for extended periods.

We are making the gallery a place to meet the artists, learn about art, see it being created and collect it. We are changing the collector view and we want you to come along with us….Thank you for being here, for without you, the viewer, collector, participant, the circle of creativity would not keep moving…
